Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

OUR RETURN WINDOW:

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

  1. Email us or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

REFUNDS:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we’ve processed it. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products

EXCHANGES:

We don’t process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
